Find a page you visited or remove individual entries (or the entire history).

Steps
Search
Press ⌘Y, type a query, and press Return. Step lists matches with the Space they happened in.
Delete one entry
Hover the row, click the X, and confirm.
Delete a range
Use the date filter at the top, select rows, and press ⌫.
Clear all
Click ⋯ → Clear all history. Step asks to confirm and offers to also clear cached files and cookies.
