Change the browser language
Step's UI language and the languages it offers to translate.

Steps
Open Settings → Languages
The first language at the top is Step's UI language.
Add a language
Click Add and pick from the list.
Reorder
Drag a language to the top to make it the UI language. Restart Step to apply.
