Web USB and Web Serial let sites talk to plugged-in devices.

Step supports the same Web USB and Web Serial APIs as Chrome. Permission is per-site and revocable.
Grant access
When a site requests USB or Serial, Step shows a list of compatible devices. Pick one and grant access.
Revoke access
Click the lock → Site settings → USB devices or Serial ports.
