Delete or archive a Space
Close a Space you no longer need, or archive it to keep its content out of the way without deleting it.

Step distinguishes between archiving (the Space goes to a separate list, all data preserved) and deleting (the Space and its contents are removed permanently after a 7-day grace period).
Steps
Right-click the Space in the sidebar
The context menu shows Archive Space and Delete Space.
Archive to hide it
Click Archive Space. Step removes it from the sidebar and adds it to Settings → Spaces → Archived. Restore anytime.
Delete to remove it permanently
Click Delete Space and confirm. Step keeps the data for 7 days in case you change your mind, then removes it for good.
